Where Were We 2003 online quiz winners This was our guest photo for April 2004 and was taken by Nigel Finch during the annual (terrestrial) quiz evening at Ruishton village hall on March 13th 2004 This photo shows the joint winners from England of this year's online "Where Were We 2003" quiz receiving their prizes. The winning couples are, from left to right, Wendy and Colin Salter, Nigel and Ruth Farrow The winning team from France, Jean-Luc and Brigitte Leclerq, received their prize during our exchange visit to la Vallée d'Auge in May 2004.

One of the scenic roundabouts between Etretat and Le Havre, Normandy This was our guest photo for August 2004 and was taken by Sue Cavill. Along the stretch of road between Etretat and Le Havre there are several roundabouts with scenes representing many aspects of life in this part of the Normandy. Here you can see a local tradesman collecting large pebbles representing the pebble beach at Etretat. The photo was taken by Sue on return from an excellent twinning exchange weekend, May 2004 hosted by our friends from la Vallée d'Auge Normandy.

Church of St Pierre, Caen, Normandy During the exchange weekend 2004 our friends from the French jumelage took us for a pleasant guided walk around the old quarter of Caen. Building of the church was started in the 13th century and completed in the 16th century. The spire is 72m high. This photo was our Guest photo for October 2004. It was taken by Fred Gale on May 30th 2004 from the ramparts of Caen castle.

Amsterdam, Prinsengracht canal This was our guest photo for December 2004 and was taken by Roger Cavill. Roger took the photo when our Twinning Association took a weekend trip to Amsterdam in November 2004. The canal is Prinsengracht looking towards Noordekerk church.
